Matt Dillon has had a fascination with all things mechanical since he was a child, disassembling things and putting them back together (alas not always successfully!) just to figure out how they worked. He grew up about an hour north of Boston in the city of Lowell, MA. Matt graduated from Greater Lowell Technical High School in 2003 as an Automotive Technology major. After high school he attended New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, RI and graduated in 2005 at the top of his class with a degree in Advanced Automotive Technology. With the encouragement of one of his instructors he applied and was accepted into BMW STEP (Student Technician Education Program). Matt graduated the BMW STEP program in Orlando, FL in 2006 and moved back to Massachusetts and started working at a local BMW dealership. He worked for BMW dealerships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire before moving to Texas in 2019.
Now an established resident of Weatherford, TX he decided to start Dillon Auto Repair to offer local residents an affordable, high quality alternative to the local dealerships. At Dillon Auto Repair you deal directly with Matt the owner himself from the time you schedule your appointment until the time you pick your vehicle up. This level of personalized service removes the middle man, improves communications and ultimately lowers repair costs.
